Robert S. Nadel is a partner at Sierra International. A consultant and consulting executive for more than 40 years, he specializes in start up, growth, turnaround, mergers and acquisitions and special circumstances business issues in privately held and public companies. He has served hundreds of clients of all sizes, on five continents, across multiple industries with a focus on the Financial Services and Insurance industry. Bob consults to entrepreneurial, technology and service clients, to integrate Business Management and Human Resources issues as they affect growth, performance and ownership structure.

In 1991, Bob founded and became President of The Nadel Consulting Group, Inc., an Independent Management Consulting firm devoted to the practice of strategic human resources and executive and employee pay issues. He is also a founding member firm of HRSpectrum. Before forming Nadel Consulting, Bob was Partner-in-Charge for The Eastern Region of the Actuarial, Benefits and Compensation Consulting Practice at Deloitte and Touche. He began his consulting career at Hay Group and he served as Managing Partner and General Manager of the New York Office and as Regional Managing Partner of the Northeast Region where he developed Hay’s venture capital practice, serving free standing and institutionally owned venture capital partnerships.

Bob received his Doctor of Public Administration from New York University, a Master of Science from Yeshiva University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from City College of New York. He is also a licensed Psychologist.
